Dear young scientist, 

At last week's Melodi workshop in Brussels, we launched a new initiative for young researchers in radiation science called "EURAYS". The idea is set up a network of young radiation scientists and to find means to provide them with information on job offers, conferences, workshops, etc. as well as to support them financially by means of travel grants, a yearly award,... We would also like to facilitate the exchange of students between European labs.

The goals and the details on the initiative can be found at the website www.eurays.eu. The membership is free.  This initiative is still in progress, and we need everybody's help in order to promote and develop this platform.
