Registration and Information Desk during the Congress.
Delegates are kindly requested to register at the Information Desk located in the Congress venue at the Palace of Culture and Science at the beginning of the Congress. Participants will be able to collect their badge and Congress documentation.
Registration and Information Desk will be open at the following times:
Sunday, August 28th 12:00 – 20:00
Monday, August 29th 07:30 – 19:30
Tuesday, August 30th 07:30 – 18:30
Wednesday, August 31st 07:30 – 19:30
Thursday, September 1st 07:30 – 19:00

We kindly ask for early registration from 12:00 pm. on August 28th at the Registration and Information Desk in order to receive conference materials and documents.

- Payment is required within 7 days from the registration.
Cancellation Conditions
Notification of cancellation of REGISTRATION, ACCOMMODATION, TOURIST OFFER, SOCIAL EVENTS must be made in written to the "CONGRESS-OR" (fax, letter or e-mail).
- Cancellations received till 15 th of June 2011 – 40% will be refunded.
- After 16 th June of 2011, no refund will be possible. Nevertheless, a replacement for the participant will be accepted.
You are kindly asked to bring confirmation of payment to the Registration Desk at the Congress venue when collecting your Congress materials.
